Scuba Diver.
As an Advanced Open Water Student, you will do 5 more dives with an instructor to help create more confidence in the water. You will spend time practicing your skills and growing as a diver under the direct supervision of our personable and knowledgeable staff. Diving in the Pacific Northwest is spectacular and awe inspiring, however; it is not without it’s challenges. Becoming an Advanced Open Water diver will allow you to gain more of the vital skills required to become that better diver, not only here, but anywhere you go and dive. Many operators will require you to have an Advanced Open Water Certification to do various dives requiring depth, challenging conditions, night dives, wall dives and many other significantly more advanced dives.
In our Advanced Open Water Course, we offer the following dives:
- Deep Diver: allows you to go to a depth of 100’
- Night Diver: teaches you how to dive in night conditions and learn proper basic etiquette for diving at night.
- Boat Diver: Basic Boat Diving Etiquette
- Navigation: improves your navigation skills, learn how to figure distance underwater and navigation of patterns
- Peak Performance, Shore or Wreck Dive: the group will depend on the profile of the 5th dive
