You are a natural when it comes to instructing these classes, and it has been a real treat to be in your classes thus far. I look forward to all of our future dives / courses together.

I would also like to pass on to you my appreciation for the way in which you conducted our AOW [Advanced Open Water] class. Having your Dive Masters to be students there and the way you organized us was really a plus, enhanced my learning curve!! I understand that we were unable to experience all that you had wished and planned for us but the combination of students and diving variables would be challenging under the best of conditions. Good morning,
I always wanted to learn to dive, and finally doing it was one of the best
things I have ever done for myself. It truly was a lot of fun, but more
importantly, for me, was facing the challenges it presented and feeling so
accomplished when I passed the course and obtained my Open Water Diver
certification. Roy was a fantastic instructor and worked with me
one-on-one to help me overcome the aspects that were a little more difficult for
me. I gained a lot of confidence with each skill I learned. Just
after I received my certification, I took a trip to Hawaii and put all those
skills into practice on three subsequent dives. I did great, and enjoyed
myself tremendously in the ethereal world under the sea.

We recommend Roy as a dive instructor because he is knowledgeable and clear
in his instructions and gave us the skills and confidence necessary to become
good divers. He is also safety conscious, which helped put our parents at ease
when we were diving and they had to wait on the beach. Roy is friendly and we
had a lot of fun taking classes with him. Dive with Roy!

Hey Roy,
I wanted to check in with you and thank your father and you for our open water certification. We had a wonderful time doing so and had a great platform for our dives in Hawaii. Hawaii was wonderful. We did a charter and then just rented gear and did shore diving for subsequent days. Both Tom and I felt comfortable and confident in the water and from what I saw had been exposed to more than a few others. We both got our buoyancy figured out and really enjoyed being in warmer water with great visibility.
Do you know when you will be teaching the Rescue course? Tom and I are doing the AOW in Olympia on 6/14-15, so that my parents can take care of the kids. We would love to take your course this summer sometime and maybe do some additional diving too!

Hey Roy!
Thanks a bunch for yesterdays dive and Perfect Buoyancy class, its was really cool and we did learn a lot to help us in Cancun! I warning you that you might have created 2 little monsters and you better be prepared the we are going to haunt you for diving to get at least Master Diver status!
I hope DeAnna’s hyperthermia as subsided by now :) it was great to have met her!
We should go dive Edmonds again! I think we saw like 2% of whats under there, I surfed a few sites and found this hand drawn map of the underwater park (see attached image). So we should really go again, there is sooooo much to see. I think that would be an awesome place for a navigation certification, cause you can go by setting headings on the marker buoys and use that plus depth and visual markers to get an idea of where you are.
Hope you guys had fun out today and you were able to get Karen certified and her equalizing issues sorted out.
